- April 7th – Mexico: Three styles of tacos, Street Corn, Guacamole & Tomatillo Salsa
- April 14th – Italy: We’ll prepare all the ingredients of Homemade Lasagna: Meat Sauce, Noodles, Fresh Cheese & Garlic Bread on the side!
- April 21st – China: Expert culinary educator Panela Leung will bring many aspects of her native Chinese culture into this incredibly informative class, where students will learn the preparation of a multitude of Chinese plates. Menu items include: Stir-fired rice, Yu Choy with garlic, fried rice with chicken and whole shrimp, sweet roast pork bun, handmade pork dumpings, scallion pancake, and almond pudding. Plus, demonstrations on noodle-making, whole shrip prep, and whole steamed catfish
- April 28th – Greece: Right on the Mediterranean, nothing quite fills the belly like a full Greek meal! We’ll make Marinated Chicken & Beef for Gyro, Hummus, Spanakopita & Couscous
Ages 5 and up. Children 7 and under must have a parent or guardian present for the entire class.
Registration for this class will close 72 hours prior to the event.
Kearney Culinary Academy adheres to a strict minimum class capacity rule. Classes with less than 8 participants will be cancelled or rescheduled for a later date. Participants will be notified at least 72 hours in advance and offered a refund or credit for an alternative class.
