You don’t have to sail the Niña, Pinta, or Santa María to get a wonderful taste of Spain in this taste-bud tingling class focused on one of the most revered wine-producing countries in the world. Our KCA chefs will teach the preparation of traditional Spanish tapas to serve alongside carefully selected vintage Spanish wines. As we sip the vintage vinos, we’ll learn how to discover each bottle’s distinct notes, aromas, and characteristics.

Class price includes wine pairing. You will have the opportunity to purchase other drinks from our full bar throughout the class. Kearney Culinary Academy’s full bar will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the class, so come early and enjoy a beverage before we begin.
