The boot-shaped country is widely thought of as the inventor of the most delicious dishes in the world—and ravioli is one of them! Chef Boyardee won’t be able to compete with your pasta techniques after this class, where our chef will guide you through preparing and rolling your own homemade pasta dough, the differences between filling ravioli sheets with the pastry bag versus the spoon drop method, and using a meat grinder versus chopping by hand!

Every hands-on class includes one complimentary glass of wine or beer, and the opportunity to purchase other drinks from our full bar throughout the class. Kearney Culinary Academy’s full bar will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the class, so come early and enjoy a beverage before we begin.
