Infuse your homemade happy hour with tidbits picked up in this thirst-quenching class on how to make gourmet syrups, powered by local mixology expert Cheryl Bisbee! These delicious syrups are perfect for mixing and making fresh, flavorful cocktails, and Cheryl Bisbee, owner and maker of Boozy Botanicals, will show how she develops the right mix to create the tastiest syrups & shrubs.

We will:

  • Infuse citrus simple syrup & a fruity shrub with two separate methods
  • Make fantastic cocktails using her syrups & shrubs—and yes, we WILL be tasting the cocktails we make!)
  • Discuss the benefits of using fresh, in-season ingredients for both syrups & shrubs
  • Discuss how to use shrubs & syrups in other dishes, such as mocktails, salad dressings, marinades, sauces, & cakes
