Sean PriceChef , Reserve on Jefferson
Chef Sean started as a Kitchen Manager at Teller’s in Lawrence while attending KU, working toward an Art Education degree. Thus began his love affair with food and the hospitality industry. Sean eventually obtained his Culinary Arts degree from The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
Soon after, he became Sous Chef of Lidia’s Kansas City, then Executive Chef at the Pittsburgh, PA location. He was the Chef di Cucina at Il Trullo in Overland Park, KS and has also worked as an Executive Chef at Trezo Mare Restaurant in Briarcliff Village.
Sean is married to a fellow chef and baker, Ashley Foy-Price. They have a daughter with whom he wanted to spend more time; this led to a Masters degree from Pittsburg State University in Career and Technical Education. This enabled Sean to teach culinary arts to high school students in both the Olathe and Lansing school districts.
In his spare time, Sean loves to brew his own beer and cook for his family. He is currently the Executive Chef of The Reserve on Jefferson in Kearney, MO.
