Bio

Since 1992, Gwyneth Jones, HHP has taught individuals, schools (JCCC massage therapy program), and conferences about health and wellness. A survivor of the 1981 Hyatt Skywalks collapse, Gwyneth has dedicated her life’s work to helping others through life-changing experiences. She specializes in pain management, movement reeducation and nutrition.  She has also lived with Multiple Sclerosis for 40 years, attributing her robust lifestyle to changing her internal chemistry through the foods she consumes, making appropriate shifts when necessary. Gwyneth will bring you all vegan classes featuring nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, and sprouts.
